Below you will find details of the way we are currently rehoming. The majority of paperwork will be completed by email in order to remain safe and in compliance with Government guidelines. This means that paperwork must be read, completed. signed where necessary and returned to us before the next stage of adoption. The forms are in Word format and can be edited by most word processing software/Apps.
Stage 1
Stage 1 may be completed by anyone interested in adopting one of the pets from our rehoming pages
- Please view our rehoming pages (links below) to see if there are any pets that might be suitable for you and may be of interest.
- Complete our Pre-Adoption Application Form (link below)

Stage 2
Stage 2 will be completed by our staff and anyone whose forms have been reviewed and approved.
- Completed forms will be reviewed and assessed. PLEASE NOTE: We are sorry but we will not respond to enquiries directly by email or Facebook message, completed forms are the only avenue we will follow at the moment. Completion of a form does not imply that any pet is reserved or that you will be given any preference over others. You will only be contacted if you are chosen as a potential adopter by our staff, we are simply not able to respond to everyone who makes an enquiry. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
- After being reviewed someone may contact you to arrange a meeting between you and the pet. You will meet the pet in a designated area at the Home in a safe way. If further meetings are necessary this will be arranged at the time and any other concerns that are raised will be addressed.
Stage 3
Stage 3 will be completed by our staff and anyone who has completed Stage 2 and wishes to go ahead with an adoption.

Details & Conditions of Adoption
- We will create a record for you and email you an ‘Adoption Form’ and ‘Medical Information Sheet’ relating to the pet you would like to adopt. Please read these, sign them and return them by email.
- Once all documents are received we will contact you again to arrange a convenient time to collect your new pet and take them home.
