Due to COVID-19 we are now operating a new rehoming process to adhere to Government Regulations and keep everyone safe. If you are interested in adopting any of the animals we ask that you familiarise yourself with the new procedure, which can be found by following the link below. You can then complete a pre-adoption application form (the link can be found below and on other pages on the site).

All of these dogs are being homed as pets to private homes through our rehoming process and are subject to home-checks (either before and/or after adoption) and our conditions of adoption.
‘Tiger’ 9 and a half year old male Shar-Pei/Staffordshire Bull Terrier type mix. Tiger came to us as a stray so his background is unfortunately not known. Despite his grey face he has had his health check and seems fit and well for an older chap. He hasn’t given us any cause for concern temperament wise but given his lack of background a steady approach would be advised until he knows you.
‘Cassie’ 7 and a half year old Female terrier type. Cassie is looking for a new home due to illness in the family. She has slightly mobile kneecaps, which is not uncommon for this type of dog and is not affecting her walking and getting around but should be kept in mind as her weight will need to be kept in check and can become more problematic as she gets older. She is looking for a new home with Rosie so they can stay together.
‘Rosie’ 8 and a half year old Female Chihuahua x Jack Russell. Rosie is looking for a new home due to illness in the family. She has an ulcer in her eye after a scuffle with Cassie about a week ago in their home. This is being treated and should heal well. She is looking for a home with Cassie (as they usually get along well!)
‘Loki’ 2 year old castrated male Lurcher type. Loki is looking for a new home as his owner sadly passed away. He is quite a friendly boy but he has been to a new home, where he displayed protective behaviour towards the adults over the child in the home. Because of this new information we will not consider homes with young children (teenagers and above as a guide) and his new owner must take care to ensure he knows his place in the hierarchy at home. There must be no small pets in the home. He has no health concerns other than being a little chunky.
‘Doreen’ Approximately 7 year old Female (now neutered) Doberman. Doreen was a stray so her background is unfortunately not known. Her coat was very dry on arrival but it’s condition has improved a lot in the time she’s been with us and hopefully will continue. She has a little tartar on her teeth but otherwise seems fit and well and is good natured.
‘Bella’ 7 month old Female Collie/Doberman mix. Bella was rescued from Romania so has not been in this country long but her owner has had to give her up as she was too boisterous for them and she was also howling when left, which led to complaints from the neighbours. She is a sweet natured girl but a little nervous initially and then very giddy when she’s relaxed. She is going to be a fairly large dog when she is fully grown and will need a lot of exercise given her breeding so please bear this in mind before applying.
‘Minnie’ 6 and a half year old Female Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Minnie’s owner was expecting another child and was not going to be able to give Minnie the time she needs. She has been neutered and house trained. We have found her a little nervous when she first meets you so we will not be considering homes with young children at the moment (12 years and over as a guide).
‘Willow’ Approximately 2 year old Female (now neutered) Staffordshire Bull Terrier type mix. Willow was a stray so he background is not known. She is a friendly girl when she knows you, but a little cautious at first. She is strong and lively so will need an owner that is able to handle her. Homes with older children only (12 years and over).
NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING FURTHER APPLICATIONS ‘Bruno’ 5 and a half year old castrated male Yorkshire Terrier/Dachshund cross. Bruno is looking for a new home as he is a very nervous boy and was not safe to be with the child in the home. He has been house trained but may need time to settle, especially due to his nerves. He will need a quiet home with a patient owner without children.
‘Alfred’ 14 year old castrated male German Shepherd cross. Old gentleman Alfred came to us as a stray so his background is sadly, not known. He is remarkably fit for his age and very good tempered. He is a little chubby and his teeth are worn, but not enough to bother him.
Occasionally we have to seek rescue places for the dogs. If you are involved in rescue and want to help please see the details of these dogs by following the link below:
