NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS ‘Della’ 5 and a half year old female Shih Tzu. Della is looking for a new home after being abandoned by her last owner. She was in a poor state when she came to us and still has thin fur on her back but she is much better now than she was. She is very bright, lively and friendly so has no restrictions.
