ADOPTED ‘Tootsie’ 14 month old Chihuahua cross bitch. Tootsie has mobile kneecaps (which is fairly common with this type of dog) but this doesn’t currently cause any problems. She has been neutered but she is nervous and can only go to a home with over 16’s.
